Shipping Policy

We use a reliable and speedy 3rd party courier service for all of our deliveries.

Shipping costs are dynamic and dependent on the total weight of boxes and the delivery area (metro vs. regional areas).

Shipping costs are automatically calculated when selecting courier delivery during the checkout process when placing orders online.

We always strive to have your order delivered as quickly as possible. For a metropolitan/major area, delivery is usually between 1-2 business days while a regional/outlaying area delivery time is typically 2-3 business days.

Please ensure that the correct and full address details are provided with your order to insure that the courier service can reach you.

Our 3rd party courier services only deliver within South Africa. For exports/international deliveries please contact sales@dbg.co.za.

Stock will only be shipped once an order is paid for in full.

As we use 3rd party courier services, the customer indemnifies Uniterm Direct from any claims or complaints that might arise from using the 3rd party courier service such as damaged goods or missing items.

An invoice signed by the courier service shall be prima facie proof that the order was collected from our premises.
